Methodology

Every 15 minutes our server requests your form page with the user agent LVL7-Continuity/1.0. A check passes when the page answers with HTTP 200–399, contains an inquiry form (an email field, message box, or mailto action), and its SSL certificate is valid for at least 7 more days.

Receipts are logged when your form system forwards a copy of a submission to your private receipt URL. We store the time, source IP, and a short summary of the fields (first 300 characters).

We do not submit your real form on the public internet, so we never create fake leads in your inbox. Receipts prove real arrivals; checks prove the form is reachable and present.

Alerts fire only when status changes (fail → recover). That keeps owner time near zero.
